The fourth day of your route will take you to one of the most breathtaking corners of Slovenia: the Vintgar Gorge. Just 4 kilometres from Bled, this natural wonder offers a unique hiking experience through a jungle landscape dotted with turquoise waters.
Upon arrival, you can park here and continue the route to the Vintgar Gorge, famous for its hiking trail along wooden walkways over the Radovna River. Along the way, you will witness crystal clear waters flowing between moss-covered rock formations, creating a magical and tranquil atmosphere. Waterfalls and pools of water invite you to stop and enjoy the serene surroundings. The walk is relatively easy, allowing you to enjoy the scenery at your own pace, while the sound of water and birdsong accompany you.
This spot is a photographer's paradise, with its stunning waterfalls and unique turquoise-green waters. From the walkways, you can capture unparalleled views, especially near the famous Šum waterfall, the largest in the gorge.
