VW Bus Festival 2023

After 2007, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles held its second "VW Bus Festival" in Hanover last weekend. With 6,000 vehicles in the camp area alone on the exhibition grounds and around 80,000 visitors, the three-day event revolving around the VW Bus was even bigger. Participants came from 48 countries, and the longest journey was made by a Bus owner from Sicily. The longest journey was made by a guest from New Zealand. The actor and self-confessed Bulli fan Ewan McGregor presented the long-wheelbase ID Buzz as a European premiere, which will continue the cult around the Transporter and Van from Hanover. (aum)
